How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are currently a small company that is working on growth. Since our stocks are limited, we are unfortunately unable to deliver every product within 48 hours. However, we are trying to work on our stocks so that you will receive your goods in a short time.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 7-21 days.

The delivery time begins on the day on which the goods were dispatched, i.e. the day on which they left our warehouse.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country to which the shipment is to be sent.

For orders over 50 €, shipping is free within Germany.
For orders between 0 € and 50 €, shipping within Germany is 3.95 €.

Shipping costs apply for orders within Europe and Switzerland

Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?

As soon as the delivery has been sent, you will receive a tracking number from us with all further details and a link via which you can track your order.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your shipment to be tracked.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within Germany, Europe and Switzerland.

Returns

How do I get a return label?

Unfortunately, we do not provide you with a return label and you will have to write the address on your package yourself.

Are there any costs for return shipping?

Yes, unfortunately you have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods yourself. Please understand!

How long can I return products?

After receiving the goods you can return them within 14 days.

How long does it take to process the return?

Processing your return usually takes two to three weeks.

In what condition must the product be returned?

The product must be returned in perfect condition.

If the item is returned damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to claim a refund.
